| Isis' second effort, "Mosquito Control." is one of the hardest, heaviest, and most sonic metal records you're likely to hear. The songs all mold into whats seems to be one song and this is brialliantly and relentlessly done. The Bass is laid extremely deep and heavy and the guitars give a psychedelic build opening the landscape of the record, but once the madness starts you feel as if you're trapped in absolute darkness and having the realization that there is no hope. |
