Formed in late 1991, Defleshed, through the years became the most popular and established death / black metal bands ever to come out of Sweden. Despite their notorious flux of a non-steady line-up they carry a solid history with 3 full-lengths, a MCD and extensive world touring. After three years of silence Defleshed are finally ready to unleash their eagerly awaited 4th release. Featuring their strongest line up yet with Matte Modin of Dark Funeral / Non exist on drums and a new record deal with Regain records, Defleshed is putting out what they describe as their "most vitiated and powerful release yet" With "Royal Straight Flesh" Defleshed doesn't follow trends and simply continue with what they do best and deliver an 11 track onslaught of old school black metal wrapped with straightforward thrash riffing that is crunchy, violent and brutal to the core.
