Saros brings together folk/epic/dark metal along the lines of Agalloch, adds elements reminiscent of death metal gods Death and thrash metal legends Metallica, threads it through the neo-folk sensibilities of a band like Death In June, and there you have one very interesting sounding band. Saros is comprised of members of Amber Asylum, Weakling and Bastard Noise.
