Despite a crappy album cover and an even weaker production job, F&J's third album is still a great album and one that any fan of the band needs to own. 'When The Storm Comes Down' is a more diverse effort than their first two, but still retains their thrash metal roots. Originally released in 1990, this digipak reissue adds a bonus interview.
