This is the classic 1988 debut from Pestilence. One of the earliest true death metal albums, this one contains a relentless energy and the awesome Lemmy-gargling-glass vocals of Martin Van Drunen (who later joined another band of Dutch death gods, Asphyx). This reissue includes their two demos (1986's 'Infected' and 1987's 'Dysentery').
