An impressive and vast range of styles and sounds are found within Marcel Coenen's second solo album. The Sun Caged guitarist strikes out with an ambitious effort that features a variety of different vocalists, from female vocals to melodic male singing to death vocals courtesy of Severe Torture's Dennis Schreurs (!). Musically the spectrum is equally as diverse. 'Colour Journey' also features contributions from members of Sun Caged, Persephone's Dream, Time Machine, Cloudscape and Firewind.
