In late 2007, Warpath set to work relentlessly on their latest metal masterpiece. Recorded in fully independent fashion by the band and entirely self-funded, the result was an onslaught of eight storming new original tracks, built on an intensity of explosive riffs, formidable beats and compelling vocals which surpasses a great number of standards in UK thrash metal! With the tracks played to perfection, the recorded material was then sent off to Everlong Studios (USA) - part of Counter Strike Records, an independent record label started by drummer KEVIN TALLEY (DAATH, Chimaira, Dying Fetus, Misery Index, Hate Eternal) - where it was mixed by ace producer ORLANDO VILLASEÑOR. JAMES MURPHY, renowned guitarist who has gained global success in bands such as Testament, Death and Obituary, keenly took Warpath's tracks for mastering - perfecting the sound of Damnation's eight tracks beyond perfection.
