Detente's second album was a long time coming. Releasing their 'Recognize No Authority' debut in 1986, which became a bona fide cult classic, the band eventually morphed into Fear Of God and then disappeared with the death of vocalist Dawn Crosby. Original members Steve Hochheiser and Caleb Quinn revive Detente and bring in Tiina Teal on vocals. 'Decline' is politically-charged thrash with punk undertones, and a worthy successor to their lauded debut.
